Not sure what the ventilation technique was here but they got lucky no one was hurt. Are we still putting ourselves in these positions because of lack of training or is it more a situational awareness issue? What are your thoughts? I was in a truck school one time and some Truck 33 guys from LA city said they will put straight ladders in windows in RIC situations. If you run into a ladder in their department you have an exit path to a window. First floor only hahaha.

Ventilation
